Our mission in dentistry is to educate and empower our patients so we can collaborate to promote the highest level of health through the best dental care possible. At Yarris Family Dental, we believe in a preventative approach with routine dental visits in order to support optimal oral health which can improve your overall health and well-being.

We are currently accepting all PPO dental insurances and Dr. Travis Yarris is in-network with PPO dental plans including Delta Dental PPO and Delta Premier, MetLife, Cigna DPPO, Principal, Ameritas, Careington, Guardian, Aetna, and Blue Cross Complete plans.
OUR SERVICES
Ultrasonic Cleanings
Utilizes a gentle stream of water and sound vibration to remove stain and plaque deposits.
Dental implants
Restore one or several missing teeth with dental implants. We utilize 3D imaging and 3D printers for surgical planning and precision. Most of our implant surgeries take less than 30min to place.
Teeth extractions
Our primary goal is to save your teeth, but certain situations happen where your tooth may be unrestorable. By utilizing 3D xrays, we are able to look at each individual root in order to plan your extraction
Implant supported dentures
We offer permanent solutions to replace loose or bulky dentures such as All-on-4 or All-on-6 implants. Unlike a traditional denture, the roof of the mouth is left free so speech and taste are not compromised.
Ceramic Crowns and Bridges
Metal-free ceramic that protects compromised teeth and to replace missing teeth without invasive surgery.
Porcelain Veneers
Produces a beautiful natural and vibrant "Hollywood Smile" by correcting misshaped, stained, worn, and crooked teeth without braces.
Bone grafting
If you have ever been told that you don't have enough room for a dental implant, bone grafting or the use of short implants may be a solution.
ROOT CANALS
Save compromised or infected teeth from getting extracted.
Root canal therapy is indicated when the nerve at the center of the tooth becomes irreversibly diseased by decay or infection. In order to save the tooth, the diseased tissue that contains the nerve inside of the tooth (the pulp) is removed and sterilized.
Our Team
Dr. Douglas Yarris
DDS
Dr. Douglas Yarris grew up in Napa and graduated from Vintage High School in 1975. While at Vintage High School, he played men’s golf. He was just 18 years old when he qualified for the 1976 Kaiser International Open Invitational that was hosted at Silverado Resort. He graduated from Stanford University in 1980 where he earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Bio and played for the Stanford golf team. He followed in his father’s footsteps and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific Dental School in 1983. Dr. Douglas Yarris coached his son’s golf team at Vintage High School from 2003-2006 where they went 72-3 with three Monticello Empire League championships. Dr. Douglas Yarris is currently on the Athletic board for Stanford University and is a faculty member at The University of the Pacific Arthur A Dugoni School of Dentistry.
Dr. Travis Yarris
DDS, FICOI
Dr. Travis Yarris was born in Napa and graduated from Vintage High School in 2006 where he played varsity golf. He earned his Bachelor's of Science degrees in Physiology and Neuroscience at the University of California, San Diego. After completing his undergraduate degree, Dr. Travis Yarris worked as a wine laboratory chemist for two years at Trinchero in St. Helena where he learned the science behind winemaking and made his own 2012 vintage. Dr. Travis Yarris then attended the University of the Pacific, Arthur A Dugoni School of Dentistry, earning a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree to become the third generation dentist in his family. While in dental school, he served as student body vice president of the University and tutored fellow colleagues in Pharmacology. Dr. Travis Yarris was selected to participate on a mission trip to Jamaica where he gained surgical experience by offering care to those in need. In 2021, he was awarded a fellowship in dental implant surgery by the International Congress of Oral Implantology (FICOI).

$99 for new patients which includes a comprehensive new patient exam, 4 BW X-Rays, and a cleaning.
$3500 Dental Implant Special- includes dental implant placement, abutment, ceramic tooth.
